EMC2Billing, Payment-Network Join to Promote New Payment Solution

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. — EMC2Billing.com LLC and Payment-Network AG have joined forces to promote Payment-Network's new payment solution, DIRECTebanking.com, to the North American adult market.

Greg Berard, CEO of the California-based EMC2Billing.com expressed excitement over the new deal.

“We are delighted to be partnered with such a great company to bring an outstanding payment product into the adult and general e-commerce space in North America," he said. "Europeans don’t readily use credit cards the way we do in the US. For example, in Germany there are approximately 16 million credit card holders but almost 50 million bank account holders. And with returned items virtually eliminated with the DIRECTebanking.com product, our clients are in position to substantially increase their revenues without adding any more traffic.”

EMC2Billing.com President Jason Clements said that DIRECTebanking.com users will be able to manage their banking online.

“In simple terms, customers are able to access their online banking directly from a merchant’s website order page, and push funds with immediate effect directly into the merchant’s bank account,” he said, further promising that this technique reduces the risk for insufficient funds and chargebacks.

Sascha Winkler, Executive Director of the German-based Payment Network AG, echoed the excitement of his new partners at EMC2Billing.com.

"It is a great pleasure to have EMC2Billing.com as our strong strategic partner in the North American market for our payment system DIRECTebanking.com," he said. “U.S. online merchants are immediately benefiting from DIRECTebanking.com through better access to EU consumers. DIRECTebanking.com offers an immediate increase in profits plus it has significantly lower fees to merchants than other comparable methods of payment. DIRECTebanking.com ensures that only money transfers that are covered by sufficient funds are authorized, thereby minimizing fraud cases. Reversals are not possible, which means no chargebacks.”
